    DAY 1: ARRIVAL – ROME

    Arrival at Rome airport. Optional private transfer to hotel. Free time to relax. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner in Trastevere with traditional Roman dishes and live music. Return to hotel for overnight stay.


    DAY 2: ROME – ANCIENT IMPERIAL CITY

    After breakfast, meet your local guide and begin a walking tour of Ancient Rome. Visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill, the political and cultural heart of the Roman Empire.

    Learn about Roman history, society and architecture while exploring one of the world’s most important archaeological zones.


    DAY 3: ROME – PANORAMIC HOP-ON HOP-OFF TOUR

    Enjoy a panoramic sightseeing experience through Rome with hop-on hop-off bus service and audio guide.

    See major landmarks including Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, Vatican City, Santa Maria Maggiore, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.

    Optional self-guided walking app available for independent exploration. Afternoon free for leisure.


    DAY 4: ROME – ORVIETO & ASSISI EXCURSION

    Depart from Rome for a full-day excursion to Umbria.

    First stop Orvieto, an ancient Etruscan town famous for its Gothic Cathedral. Continue to Assisi, birthplace of Saint Francis, visiting Basilica of San Francesco, Basilica of Santa Chiara, and Piazza del Comune.

    Return to Rome in the evening.

    DAY 5: ROME → NAPLES

    Departure from Rome to Naples with a stop en route to taste authentic Mozzarella di Bufala. On arrival in Naples, enjoy a traditional sfogliatella pastry and coffee. Optional visit to Royal Palace of Caserta.


    DAY 6: NAPLES – HISTORIC CITY TOUR

    Guided walking tour through Naples historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore Spaccanapoli, Piazza Bellini, Naples Conservatory, San Domenico Maggiore and Sansevero Chapel.

    Experience the vibrant culture, music and street life of Naples.


    DAY 7: NAPLES – FREE DAY / OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

    Free day in Naples or optional tours:

    • Pompeii Archaeological Park – preserved Roman city destroyed by Vesuvius eruption
    • Amalfi Coast – scenic drive through Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi

    DAY 8: NAPLES → MATERA

    Travel south to Matera, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities.

    Guided tour of the Sassi caves, ancient churches, and historic rock settlements. Visit Cathedral of Matera, San Giovanni Battista and other landmarks.


    DAY 9: MATERA → TARANTO → LECCE

    Stop in Taranto for a walking tour through historic streets and coastal views. Taste traditional Apulian street food including Puccia.

    Continue to Lecce, the “Florence of the South”, famous for Baroque architecture.


    DAY 10: LECCE → POLIGNANO A MARE → BARI

    Guided tour of Lecce including Roman amphitheater, Basilica of Santa Croce and Piazza Duomo.

    Stop in Polignano a Mare for coastal views and local tasting experience. Arrival in Bari for hotel check-in.

    DAY 11: BARI – OLD TOWN EXPERIENCE

    Guided walking tour of Bari Old Town including Basilica of San Nicola, Cathedral of San Sabino and Norman-Swabian Castle.

    Enjoy Apulian street food tasting and explore narrow medieval streets. Free afternoon.


    DAY 12: BARI – DEPARTURE
